Articuloud app for iPhone and iPad

The Articuloud App is designed to be the perfect partner, for offline use of the new online text-to-speech communication aid, Articuloud, from CarePair. It is fully switch accessible using iOS Accessibility tools and either the screen or external switches.

Articuloud is available in 7 languages, English, French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian and Austrian, with 23 voices including regional accents and is able to accurately reproduce text to speech in those native languages.

Articuloud also has location based vocabulary abilities meaning you can save phrases based on your location, for example in the shops, at home or in the pub!

With online access, either wifi or 3g/4g Articuloud automatically saves all of your vocabulary into your online profile, so if you move from device to device, all of your vocabulary and settings will be there when you log in.

The app is designed to work alongside your online subscription, but does have basic access and functionality without an account.

By subscribing and using the app with your login the following features are enabled:

1) Access to high quality, multi language voices from CeraProc.

2) Phrases saved online or on your iOS device are downloaded in high quality to your device and will play offline giving you access with no internet connection.

3) Phrases created on your iOS device are stored to the online service.

Limited features of using the app without an Articuloud account:

1) Basic text to speech using the devices own iOS voice.
2) Phrases are not saved
